Hi I'm Louise Reynolds a Surrey-based property investor, landlord and latterly developer.

I am risk-averse, so I've had to figure out what risks I am willing to take in my quest to build a retirement pot and a legacy for my family.

I’m a firm believer that to build wealth through property you need to understand what fits your personality, circumstances and risk profile.

And to sustain that journey, it’s not only about understanding the fundamentals of property investing, but it is also about having the skills to sustain that wealth-building journey.

I have over two decades' of business experience before coming to my property world and ran training programmes for a lot of the business skills required to sustain your wealth-building journey.
